Shipping policy

Processing Time:
Orders are processed within 2-3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Destinations:
We ship worldwide, with primary focus on Europe and the United States.

Delivery Times:
- Slovenia: 5-10 business days
- European Union: 7-14 business days  
- United States: 10-21 business days
- Rest of World: 14-28 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs clearance, holidays, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs:
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. 
Free shipping is available on orders over 100 EUR/USD.

Tracking:
All orders include tracking. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Customs & Duties:
For orders shipped outside the EU, customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or fees imposed by their country. These charges are not included in our prices.

Lost or Damaged Packages:
